Job Description

Looking for a job where you can truly make a difference? Join our team as a Self-Directed Caregiver and support individuals in living independently in their own homes and communities. What is Self-Direction? Self-direction means the individual receiving care is in charge. They choose who supports them, what support looks like, and when it happens. This creates a more personal, respectful, and rewarding experience—for both the caregiver and the member.
Available Shifts:
Weekdays:
Morning, Afternoon, and Evening options
Weekends:
Flexible hours available 9AM-3PM, 3-11PM or 3-8
PM Pay:
20.00-25.00
Responsibilities May Include:
Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) Meal prep & light housekeeping Medication reminders Community outings & social support Mobility assistance (Hoyer transfers, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, compassionate, and patient individuals Ability to follow a care plan directed by the member Experience preferred but not always required Background check required
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
