Job Description

Hiring Range:
$98,696.00 to $134,888.00 The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the overall clinical quality and oversight of the clinical services provided, meeting regulatory and accreditation standards within the program, and support staff in engaging customer-owners in the appropriate level of care.
Minimum Qualifications:
Meet one of the following: Master's in Behavioral Health field including; Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. Graduate degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology from an accredited university or college program OR graduate degree from an accredited university or college program AND completion of a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) verified course sequence AND current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Current Alaska Licensure in designated field. Three (3) years of clinical experience post licensure in a multidisciplinary environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty and any certification relating to the scope of practice as required. Additional Qualifications for
The Pathway Home:
One (1) year of clinical experience post licensure in a multidisciplinary environment. Four (4) years of supervisory experience in a child welfare agency or other setting that serves children and/or adolescents, including at least one (1) year of experience in a residential setting. Obtain an Approved Counselor Supervisor Certification from the Alaska Board of Professional Counselors within one (1) year of hire.
