Job Description

Anchorage Women's Clinic is currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our busy and growing practice. We have been a leader in women's healthcare for over 30 years, providing full-service OB/GYN care, ultrasonography, counseling, and lab services. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing business functions to include reception, medical records, IT/EMR, finance/accounting, and insurance billing A/R management. Successful candidate will have prior supervisory experience, broad understanding of IT and EMR systems, financial management experience, and general knowledge of human resources and HIPAA.
Qualifications and Skills:
• BS/BA in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years' work experience, at least 3 years in a supervisor or manager role in a healthcare setting. Private practice healthcare experience preferred. $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
