Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist•Clinic Manager (Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation) for an exciting leadership opportunity in Bethel, AK. Responsibilities Manage inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinic operations Provide direct patient care, evaluations, and treatment planning as needed Coordinate orthopedic specialty clinic services, including referral screening and prioritization Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and medical staff Support staff development and maintain a positive team-oriented work environment Optimize department operations, workflow, and resource management Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards Support quality improvement initiatives, reporting, and administrative processes Balance clinical, operational, and leadership responsibilities effectively Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required Minimum 4 years of full-time clinical patient care experience required Current Alaska Physical Therapist license required Current BLS certification required Strong clinical expertise in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation Leadership and team management skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to balance clinical care with administrative responsibilities Cultural competency and ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations Preferred Qualifications Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred Experience coordinating interdisciplinary care and specialty clinics preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint preferred For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
