Bethel, AK Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking an experienced and compassionate ACT Program Manager to lead a team of behavioral health clinicians in a collaborative outpatient setting. This role combines clinical leadership, program management, and direct support of evidence-based mental health services for individuals experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health concerns. About the Role ACT (Access to Collaborative Treatment) is a model of care that brings together primary care and mental health professionals to provide coordinated, person-centered treatment. The program utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and incorporates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As the ACT Program Manager, you will oversee program operations, provide clinical supervision to ACT clinicians, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support ACT clinicians through clinical guidance and oversight. Manage daily program operations and staff scheduling. Attend outpatient clinic and interdepartmental meetings. Promote collaboration among healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive client care. Monitor program effectiveness and implement updates based on current treatment philosophies and community needs. Ensure clinicians provide ethical, appropriate, and evidence-based services. Support crisis intervention, assessments, treatment planning, and referrals as needed. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related human services field. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health or related setting. Experience conducting assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Clinical supervisory experience preferred. Ability to obtain Alaska licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within 6 months of hire. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams. Benefits $10,000 Sign-On Bonus• Up to $15,000
