Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be energetic and possess a strong custumer service skill set. As a vital member of our practice, the Patient Care Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for patients by facilitating appointments and supporting clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care. This role offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a compassionate healthcare environment. Responsibilities Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using electronic health record systems. Collect and update patient information accurately, including insurance details and medical histories. Provide clear explanations of treatment procedures, appointment requirements, and follow-up instructions. Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA. Support communication between patients and healthcare providers to address questions or concerns promptly. Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in learning dental administrative support software and electronic health record systems. Prior experience in dental or other specialized healthcare offices is highly desirable, but not necessary. Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
