Job Description To provide a range of intake and associated administrative services to patients being admitted to the hospital, emergency department or receiving outpatient services. To obtain demographics, insurance, and medical information. To assess the patient s financial status and identify a source of payment. To collect deposits or deductibles. To interface with insurers and members of the healthcare team. Qualifications High School diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience required. None required.
