Job Summary Greenawalt Hospitality is seeking an experienced Premium Hospitality Bar Manager to lead beverage operations within premium hospitality environments. This role is responsible for overseeing bar service, managing beverage staff, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at assigned venues and events. The ideal candidate is a hospitality-focused leader who can effectively manage teams, uphold service standards, and deliver seamless beverage operations in fast-paced event settings. Key Responsibilities Premium Beverage Operations Oversee all beverage service operations within assigned premium hospitality spaces Ensure bars are properly prepared, stocked, and operational before each event Monitor service execution to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction Support premium guest experiences through exceptional hospitality and attention to detail Inventory & Financial Oversight Monitor beverage inventory levels and coordinate ordering as needed Track product usage and assist with inventory control procedures Support cash handling, sales reconciliation, and beverage reporting processes Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency Team Leadership & Staff Development Lead bartenders, bar-backs, and beverage staff during event operations Communicate expectations and ensure adherence to service standards Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Compliance & Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, venue regulations, and company policies Maintain safe and responsible beverage service practices Monitor operational procedures and address issues proactively Ensure all beverage operations meet company quality standards Guest & Client Experience Interact professionally with clients, venue partners, and guests Address service concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner Collaborate with event leadership to align beverage operations with event objectives Participate in event planning discussions related to beverage service and hospitality execution Event Support & Flexibility Support premium hospitality operations at multiple venues and event locations as needed Adapt to varying event formats, guest counts, and operational requirements Assist with broader event operations when necessary to ensure successful execution Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in bar management, hospitality management, beverage operations, or event leadership ServSafe Alcohol, TIPS, or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities Experience with POS systems, inventory controls, and cash management procedures Extensive knowledge of beverage service standards and hospitality operations Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Compensation $15 per hour plus tips and gratuity opportunities.
