This role goes beyond traditional project management. You'll oversee projects from preconstruction through final delivery while coordinating field operations, subcontractors, design teams, procurement, manufacturing partners, and executive stakeholders. If you enjoy taking ownership of complex projects and driving results across multiple phases of construction, this opportunity offers significant long-term growth. Candidates with healthcare, commercial, institutional, modular, prefabrication, mission-critical, or complex design-build experience are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Lead multiple healthcare and institutional construction projects from planning through closeout Manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations Coordinate preconstruction, procurement, subcontractor management, manufacturing activities, and field execution Drive project planning, logistics, installation sequencing, and operational coordination Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope documents to ensure project alignment Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, change orders, and reporting Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders Support estimating, pricing reviews, constructability assessments, and scope development efforts Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives Partner with executive leadership to improve project delivery processes and support company growth Requirements 8+ years of project management experience in commercial, healthcare, institutional, industrial, or mission-critical construction Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final completion Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and project controls Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents Experience leading subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams Excellent communication and leadership skills Stable career progression with demonstrated success managing increasingly complex projects Preferred Qualifications Healthcare construction experience Design-build project experience Modular or prefabricated construction experience Program management or multi-project leadership experience Benefits Competitive compensation package Performance bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and retirement benefits Long-term career growth with a rapidly expanding organization Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact healthcare construction projects
