We are seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Administrative Case Manager to serve as a key point of contact throughout each patient's treatment journey. This position combines patient coordination, administrative support, insurance verification, scheduling, and customer service responsibilities.

8:00 AM•12:00 PM Position Overview The Administrative Case Manager is responsible for coordinating patient care plans, managing administrative processes, verifying insurance benefits, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients receive excellent support throughout their treatment experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare journey. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate patient care plans from initial consultation through completion of treatment Serve as a primary point of contact for patients regarding appointments, treatment recommendations, and office procedures Verify insurance benefits and accurately communicate coverage information to patients Schedule appointments and coordinate provider recommendations Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation compliance Assist with patient onboarding and intake processes Conduct follow-up communications to support treatment compliance and patient satisfaction Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Support front office administrative functions as needed Qualifications Previous healthcare, medical office, patient care, or administrative experience required Insurance verification experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records systems Experience in chiropractic, medical, rehabilitation, physical therapy, or personal injury settings is a plus Benefits & Opportunities Competitive hourly pay Performance-based bonus opportunities Professional development and career advancement opportunities Positive and supportive team environment Meaningful work helping patients improve their health and quality of life How to Apply Please submit your resume to:
