Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Cardiac Stepdown Clinical Supervisor, also referred to as an Clinical RN Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with the Cardiac Stepdown Director to support and oversee departmental operations, including staff supervision, training, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, communication, and ensuring quality patient care and efficient function, while assuming administrative responsibilities in their absence. CSD Clinical Supervisor will supervise and support nursing staff, coordinate patient care with the healthcare team and manage critical incidents.

Current and valid state Registered Nurse license. Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.FACILITY / UNIT TRAINING 1.
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care.2. Non-OB Facilities- NRP Required 90 days after hire and maintained.
