This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned Hotel General Manager, Resort Operations Leader, Hospitality Executive, or Senior Facilities Operations Professional who thrives in a customer-service-driven environment. Position Overview The Hotel General Manager / Hospitality Operations Leader will oversee: Plant Operations & Maintenance Environmental Services / Housekeeping Laundry Services Campus Appearance & Presentation Service Standards & Customer Experience Vendor & Contract Management Departmental Budget Oversight Regulatory Readiness & Safety Compliance Staff Leadership, Coaching & Accountability This position works closely with executive leadership to ensure Fair Haven maintains a high-end hospitality atmosphere while supporting the mission of serving seniors with dignity, excellence, and compassion.
