Job Description

The Summer Student supports the day-to-day operations of an assigned department by assisting clinical and administrative staff in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role is designed to provide meaningful exposure to healthcare settings and hands-on experience for students pursuing careers in medicine, nursing, or allied health professions. The Summer Student will perform a variety of non-clinical and supportive tasks while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and patient confidentiality.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Education Requirements:
Validation of a High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Requirements:
Applicant must have a basic understanding of medical terminology and computer skills. Must have excellent phone etiquette. Hospital experience preferred.
