We are a high-touch, patient-centered functional medicine clinic focused on helping people feel better, understand their health, and receive care that feels personal, thoughtful, and organized. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, proactive administrative team member who enjoys helping people and creating an exceptional patient experience. This role may include front office duties, patient communication, sales support, supplement & inventory operations, scheduling, filing, errands, and some behind-the-scenes clinical or operational support. This position is ideal for someone who is warm, detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to work in a mission-driven healthcare setting.
Possible Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Scheduling appointments and helping patients understand next steps Greeting and assisting patients in a warm, professional manner Communicating with patients by phone, text, email, or portal Supporting membership, program, or service sales conversations Processing supplement orders and assisting with supplement shipping Maintaining organization of front office, files, supplies, and patient materials Running occasional supply errands Assisting with inventory and ordering Helping with patient forms, records, and administrative follow-up Supporting the clinical team with basic back-end tasks Filing, scanning, data entry, and general office organization Helping maintain a smooth and positive patient experience Assisting with marketing or video editing if that is part of your skill set What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, polished, and professional Excellent on the phone Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with sales and service conversations A strong communicator Positive, dependable, and proactive Able to multitask without losing attention to detail Calm and kind under pressure Interested in functional medicine, wellness, and patient-centered care Willing to learn and grow with the team Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is helpful: Medical front office Customer service Sales or membership support Scheduling Patient communication Supplement, retail, or shipping operations Administrative support Healthcare, wellness, or concierge-style service Social media, basic marketing, or video editing Healthcare experience is helpful, but the right attitude, communication style, and commitment to excellent service are just as important. Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
