Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator - Compounding Infinity Care Solutions, a national leader in compounding, specialty, and retail pharmacy services, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator - Compounding to join our customer service team. In this role, you'll support patients locally and across the country, providing exceptional service and ensuring they receive the medications they need. Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers with a focus on outstanding service Contact patients regarding new prescriptions and refills Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide timely follow-up Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details Accurately document patient interactions and maintain records Provide in-person support at the drive-thru window as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with a love for phone interaction Friendly, positive, and patient-centered demeanor Commitment to excellent customer service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting Familiarity with medical terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Previous experience in pharmacy, DME, or workers' compensation Active Pharmacy Technician license
