Job Description

Infinity Care Solutions, a national specialty and mail order pharmacy, is in search of Patient Care Coordinators (Bilingual Preferred but not required) for its expanding customer service department. As a member of the Arcare Health Network and its 90,000 patients, Infinity's mission is to assist these patients throughout Arkansas with their medication needs, in turn helping Arcare fulfill its mission as a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm We are an employee centric company that is continuously looking to improve work-life balance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Initiating calls to patients and practitioners providing excellent customer service Contacting patients concerning new prescriptions and refills Ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner Collecting required patient information and insurance details Maintaining accurate patient logs, detailing conversations in the patient record
SKILLS:
Bilingual Preferred but not required Excellent communication skills, must love to talk on the phone Positive, upbeat personality Caring, Patient-centered attitude Dedicated to customer service Prior experience in the medical field preferred Knowledge or experience using medical terminology preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office suite preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving Must pass background and drug screening
