• Bentonville, AR Outpatient Clinic Full-Time Leadership Role in Bentonville, Arkansas About This Role Advanced Physical Therapy is seeking a driven Physical Therapist to take on the Clinic Manager position at our Bentonville, AR location.

This is a unique opportunity for a PT who is passionate about patient care and ready to step into a leadership position — helping shape the culture, growth, and day-to-day operations of an independent PT owned outpatient clinic that works to be a great place for PT's to work and to deliver top notch customer service and care to our patients. Responsibilities Clinical Duties Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Deliver hands-on care focused on outcomes and patient satisfaction Maintain accurate, timely documentation Mentor and support clinical staff Management Duties Supervise Bentonville clinic employees Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow Build and maintain physician and referral relationships Serve as the face of APT in the Bentonville community Report KPI's and work with management to improve clinic efficiency and clinical success What We're Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current Arkansas PT license or ability to obtain prior to start date Experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build referral and physician relationships Self-motivated, organized, and confident Genuine passion for patient care and building high-performing teams
