Job Description
Methodist Family Health is a nonprofit behavioral health agency serving children and families across Arkansas. Our mission-driven team is committed to delivering high-quality mental health services that strengthen families and empower communities. We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Program Coordinator to lead our Fayetteville clinic and support school-based programs in the surrounding area. This role combines clinical leadership, staff supervision, and program management. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, team-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision and support to therapists and case managers Oversee daily clinic operations and school-based services Manage staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations Ensure quality care, compliance, and documentation standards Collaborate with schools, community partners, and internal leadership Coordinate medication clinic services Support staff development through training, meetings, and mentorship Assist with program improvement and quality assurance initiatives Carry a reduced caseload (as needed)
Qualifications Required:
Master's degree in a behavioral health field Active Arkansas license (LCSW, LPC, LPE-I, or PhD) Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
Supervisory or management experience Experience in community-based or school-based behavioral health Experience working with at-risk youth Training in Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, or play therapy Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
