Job Summary We are seeking a front desk Patient Coordinator for our Primary & Specialty Care location in Fayetteville, AR on MLK in our Rheumatology department. The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients within the Clinic, providing a cordial greeting and ensuring the patient's need are met in an effective positive way. The is a full-time position with the schedule of Monday
- Friday 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM.
HIPAA/HITECK, HRSA, NCQA
PCMH and OSHA. Knowledge and critical skills Ability to perform cash, check and credit card payment transactions with accuracy. Ability to work and function independently and within a team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds. Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Software. Ability to train, guide and monitor staff and new staff, act as a liaison for manager and assist with scheduling and coverage.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families and medical staff, Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds required. Customer service experience required Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office is preferred. Medical terminology and insurance verification experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications 1 year medical front office experience preferred. 1 year customer service experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred. Why Join Community Clinic?
