Our team of professionals includes board-certified child/adolescent and adult psychiatrists, licensed clinical therapists, nurses and mental health associates who are here to help people reconnect with their families, friends and employers so that they may lead productive lives. Founded in 1983 and accredited by The Joint Commission, our quiet campus has retained much of the cozy charm and character that existed then. The Director of Clinical Services directs and coordinates the integration of the social services function in patient care. Provides leadership to, other departmental manages and supervises social services staff (may include interns and graduate students). Position may involve direct patient care functions including completing social assessments, participating as an active member of the treatment team in formulating treatment plans and establishing discharge plans with patients, including family members when appropriate. Supervises and directs communications and involvement with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, schools and healthcare facilities/organizations. Ensures compliance for quality patient care and compliance with Joint Commission standards, CMS, state health department, and all other regulatory standards. Licenses or Certifications:
Current licensure by the State of Arkansas; certification as LCSW by the Arkansas Board of Social Workers is preferred, eligibility required. Total education, vocational training and experience: Master's Degree in Social Work or related Counseling fields. Minimum of five (5) years previous experience as a Social Worker, preferably in a healthcare environment. Previous Management experience preferred.
