Job Description:
Director of Nursing, Surgical Services | Little Rock, AR | $100K - $150K A Little Rock area organization is hiring a Director of Nursing for Surgical Services. This is a senior leadership role that requires both clinical credibility and the management experience to lead a large, complex team. You've done this before. You know how to run a surgical services program, manage competing priorities across multiple care settings, and develop the people underneath you.
What you need to bring:
Active RN license Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), required Advanced degree strongly preferred (MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA) Minimum three years of experience in a Director-level role Experience across PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, Gastro, and Surgery preferred Proven ability to manage teams of 60 or more Why it's worth a look: $100K - $150K depending on experience Senior leadership seat with real scope Little Rock, AR location If you're a credentialed nurse leader with surgical services experience and a track record of managing large teams, this is a role worth a conversation.
