The Clinical Coordinator is cross trained in various clinical areas and may serve in a leadership role directing co-workers, evaluating staffing needs, and acting as a liaison for physicians and families. The role also involves monitoring productivity standards and may require some on-call hours.

Physical Requirements:

Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
