We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant (Front Office) to join our team. As the Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant (Front Office), you should have: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or certification required 1-2 years of experience in a medical assistant, patient care coordinator, or healthcare front/back office role preferred Proficiency in EMR systems, medical office software, and basic clinical skills (vital signs, patient intake, documentation) Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; flexibility to travel between local clinic sites as needed Your essential duties and responsibilities as a Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant (Front Office): Perform front office and patient care coordination , including check-in/check-out, scheduling procedures, and patient education Obtain and document vital signs, medication updates, and clinical information in EMR systems Coordinate patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, and follow-ups , ensuring optimized provider schedules Process medical records, reports, and HIPAA-compliant documentation , including dictation and hospital disposition reports Support daily operations through administrative tasks, inventory management, and communication with patients, providers, and staff Be the Connection Between Care and Experience Join a trusted healthcare organization where your role as a Medical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator directly enhances patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.
