In this role, you'll have the opportunity lead a fast-paced department and ensure patients are scheduled promptly, accurately, with compassion—while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Operations & Performance Oversee daily scheduling operations, call flow, and referral intake Ensure timely, accurate scheduling and reduced patient wait times Monitor and improve KPIs (access, accuracy, service levels) Analyze data and optimize workflows and staffing Leadership & Team Development Takes initiative and is a pro-active and assertive leader Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Hire, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a positive culture Manage team schedules, attendance, and performance Drive culture of patient service excellence Quality & Patient Experience Deliver exceptional service to patients and providers Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to policies Resolve concerns quickly and professionally Collaboration & Improvement Partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve access Lead process improvements and support system enhancements Qualifications 5+ years of healthcare management experience 3+ years leading a complex or multi-specialty scheduling department Strong knowledge of insurance, authorizations, and EMR systems Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience auditing staff performance and production Experience monitoring KPI's Experience developing and managing department workflows and processes Oncology experience preferred Why Join Us?
