You'll be responsible for operational excellence, employee engagement, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and ensuring an outstanding experience for both members and staff. Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership for assigned outpatient clinic(s). Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams. Drive operational performance through data-informed decision making. Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, retention, and employee development. Monitor clinic operations, budgets, productivity, and key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with AHCCCS, ADHS, CARF, HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational standards. Partner with clinical leadership to improve quality, access, and member outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and recovery-oriented care. Build collaborative relationships with internal leaders, community partners, and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field. Five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services. Valid Arizona Driver License with acceptable driving record. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain within 8 weeks of hire). TB clearance at time of hire. What we're looking for Leads with integrity, empathy, and accountability.
