Pay:
$105-$120K depending on experience plus incentives
Schedule:
Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm Our 179-bed skilled nursing facility is looking for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) or Therapy Program Manager (TPM) to lead our in-house Therapy program all while being supported by a strong network of passionate therapy leaders who believe in dignifying long-term care and empowering therapists to grow and lead. What You'll Do Build and mentor a therapy team focused on quality, compassion, and results. Collaborate with leadership to facilitate an environment that inspires both patients and clinicians. Establish efficient systems and workflows for clinical excellence and compliance for out in house and outpatient programs. Partner with nursing and administrative teams to create a seamless, resident-centered approach to care. Foster a positive, growth-minded culture aligned with Ensign's CAPLICO principles.
