The Center at Arrowhead is a skilled nursing facility that serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care. Our highly qualified, caring staff provides care in a beautiful, hotel like atmosphere to help our patients achieve strength and functionality. Skilled-nursing care, family involvement, psychological care and discharge planning complement a well-rounded, individualized program and encourages each patient's transition to their highest functional level. Job Duties:
Schedules and confirms patient appointments. Reviews patient information prior to appointment in order to determine patient needs. Verify with nursing staff if there are questions. Implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing and determining patient transportation system improvements Informs family members of patient appointments upon request Post appointments daily for staff and patients at least one day prior to appointment. Be available to answer questions regarding the appointment. Enter orders for appointment and transportation and retrieves/sends diagnostic labs needed for appointment Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
