Experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator Wanted We are seeking an organized, motivated, and patient-focused professional to join our growing dental team in a front office coordination role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to an efficient and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Schedule appointments and manage incoming phone calls Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary coverage information Enter and maintain accurate patient insurance records Review patient accounts and communicate regarding outstanding balances Collect patient payments and process financial transactions Support daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience required Experience with dental insurance verification and patient account management preferred Strong computer and customer service skills
