We are looking for experienced Front Office Administrators to be the friendly, organized force that keeps our medical offices running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in doing things right the first time. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a MUST. What You'll Do Greet patients, answer phones, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments, and maintain the appointment schedule Verify patient insurance information and assist in processing insurance claims Prepare and maintain patient charts, including filing patient information and updating patient records Manage the front desk, ensuring that the reception area is clean and organized Process patient payments and ensure ledgers are correct Communicate with patients to ensure that they have a positive experience at the office Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Assist with administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, communicating needed supplies, and managing the office's electronic medical records system What You'll Bring Minimum of two years of medical office experience, with a strong understanding of medical office procedures and terminology Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team English/Spanish skills are a must Billing experience preferred but not required What You'll Get Competitive pay based on experience ($18-22/ hr) Paid Time Off Stable, professional work environment Opportunity to grow with a respected medical team If you are a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for providing excellent patient service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
