Job Description

Ebony House Inc. is seeking a skilled Part-time Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight for our Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Program. This role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care, compliance with ADHS and AHCCCS regulations, and effective supervision of clinical staff. The program includes psychiatric services for evaluations, psychotropic medications, and follow-ups. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. This position has high potential to transition into a full-time position. Work schedule for this position is Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11:00AM-7:00PM; open to some flexibility with 24 hours per week on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations for the Adult Outpatient Clinic. Provide comprehensive assessments and deliver individual counseling and group therapy services in accordance with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with Medical Director and CEO on program development, staffing, and clinical strategy Participate in case reviews, interdisciplinary meetings, and high-risk client consultations Maintain compliance with AHCCCS, ADHS, and payer requirements Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) Ensure treatment plans, documentation, and service delivery meet regulatory and agency standards Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related Behavioral Health field. Active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent license in Arizona required. Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card. Electronic Health Records proficiency. Staff supervision and training. 5+ years demonstrated experience in youth outpatient programs. Excellent Leadership, communication skills and organizational skills.
Pay:
Up to $45.00 per hour
