Healthcare Lead Server - FT HumanGood - 3.6 Phoenix, AZ Job Details Full-time $19 - $21 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Cell phone reimbursement 401(k) 4% Match Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Food service health code compliance High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Under general supervision, the Server-Lead will oversee the day-to-day work of the servers in the Health Center including distributing and balancing the workload among team members in accordance with established workflow, assuring timely accomplishment of the assigned workload, and assuring that each team member has enough work to keep busy.
Hourly Pay:
$19 - $21. DOE Full-Time with great benefits!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Weekend Availability as needed
Shift:
06:00am - 02:30pm To be successful in the role, you would have: Healthcare service experience required. Serving experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Food Handler's required, ServSafe certification preferred. Availability that might include evenings, weekends, & holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required. Day in the life could include: Training newly hired servers; Oversight of host/hostess, bussers, and food runners; Knowledge of and ability to describe a menu in detail with 20 or more entrees; Records accurate food and beverage orders and input into the POS system; Explains how menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods; Handles guest complaints in a positive and professional manner, referring to supervisor as appropriate; Maintains front of house and kitchen sanitation requirements; Communicates appropriately with supervisors and dining room staff; Wait on residents, taking orders, serving food, beverages, and desserts; serves up desserts and salads; cleans off dishes as resident's finish eating; What's in it for you?
