This is an opportunity to join a successful group with multiple offices and a stellar reputation. You will be working alongside amazing clinical and support staff and being a part of our patient's experience in our clinics. In your job, you will have the ability to make a difference in a patient's journey by: Develop and establish policies, procedures, and objectives; ensure their adequate execution, compliance, and updates. Analyze general and specific business conditions as they relate to operational issues and advise supervisor on these matters. Within scope of authority, oversee the development of systems (both manual and automated) to properly support practice-wide activities based upon business needs; coordinate hardware and software requirements of existing and future systems. Promote effective communication and adequate information flow within the practice. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of management reports necessary to carry out functions of the practice; prepare periodic reports as necessary or required. Oversee practice compliance with appropriate accreditation body standards. Oversee development and coordination of the new office location and their needs as required. Supervise all practice staff; clinical staff work direction provided by physicians. Have responsibility for profit and loss while keeping partners informed through monthly reports. Develop new opportunites for revenue. Manage existing revenue streams and contracts. Provide leadership for multiple offices in a specialty practice
Education:
Minimum of Bachelor's - Master's preferred-Experience with Greenway EMR preferred. Strong billing and collections background. No cover letter needed! Comprehensive package for the right candidate.
