Part-Time BCBA / Arizona
LBA - ABA
Clinical Supervisor Phoenix, Arizona $85-$110 per hour Part-Time (4-8 hours per week) We are seeking a qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team as a Part-Time ABA Clinical Supervisor . This role is ideal for a clinician looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact on the quality of ABA services provided to clients and families. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA programs Review treatment plans and ensure clinical quality and compliance Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and clinical staff as needed Conduct assessments and make treatment recommendations Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary providers Ensure documentation meets regulatory and payer requirements Support ongoing clinical excellence and program development Qualifications Current BCBA certification required Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligible for licensure Strong knowledge of ABA best practices and clinical supervision Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with AHCCCS, Mercy Care, and/or DDD credentialing is highly preferred Compensation $85-$110 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Higher rates available for candidates with AHCCCS, Mercy Care, and DDD credentialing experience
Employment Type Preferred:
