We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management and other specialty health services. We are currently seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Scottsdale!
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily follow-up communications with new and established patients. Track and monitor patient complaints through final resolution. Develop patient experience reports. Complete Daily phone/text audits. Complete volume reporting to be shared with management. Pull charts in accordance with insurance request.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role required. At least 1 year of experience in healthcare required. Experience with EMR system preferred, EClinical Works is a plus! Complete understanding of HIPAA and PHI policies. Excellent written, verbal communication, and customer service skills Strong multi-tasking skills, excellent ability to pay attention to detail.
