Our Patient Care Coordinator greets patients, schedules patients, and and is the main source of communication with all patients and leads. He or she is in charge of the front desk operation for the clinic. This person is an excellent multi-tasker with superior computer skills and exceptional customer service skills. Ideally, this person is also a medical assistant who can takes vitals, draws, blood, gives injections, assists and performs procedures, and oversees our certified lab. We need an upbeat, warm, welcoming individual with a great attitude and the ability to manage the patient flow of a small but bustling clinic. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service abilities, have excellent phone etiquette, and be detail-oriented to help manage aforementioned duties of our Medical Assistant. We need a team player as this role is a critical team member of a 3-4 person team.

Qualifications Proven experience in a medical clinic or similar workplace Prior work in medical front office Strong spreadsheet and/or computer CRM management Strong phlebotomy skills Experience giving injections Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care Knowledge of medical EMR systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment This position offers an opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional medical care to improve the lives of men.
