Job Description

Simpli Eye Care PLLC is a growing, patient-focused optometry clinic in Tucson, AZ, and we're looking for a motivated and positive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator — someone who is flexible, eager to learn, and looking for a role they can grow in. We are specifically seeking help on the following days: Saturdays and occasional fill ins through the week. This schedule requires availability on weekends AND weekdays, and candidates with open and adaptable availability will be prioritized.
What You'll Do:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be involved in both clinical and administrative tasks. You'll work under the supervision of an optometrist and assist with: Patient pre-testing (e.g., visual acuity, eye pressure checks, imaging) Contact lens education Front desk tasks like check-in, scheduling, scanning paperwork, and insurance verification Supporting the doctor during exams Maintaining and organizing contact lens inventory General office duties to keep the clinic running smoothly

Someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Flexible availability, especially for the weekend schedule Willingness to stay long-term and grow with the practice Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced, paperless environment No experience necessary - we'll train the right person!
Compensation & Benefits:
