$130,000 - $160,000 + Full Benefits + Possible Relocation Assistance Lead a High-Performing Ambulatory Surgery Center United Surgical Partners International (USPI ), the nation's leading ambulatory surgery center platform, is seeking an experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead operations at SurgCenter of Tucson. This Joint Commission-accredited facility features 2 operating rooms and 1 treatment room and specializes in Orthopedics, Spine, and Pain Management. This is an executive leadership opportunity for an experienced ASC Administrator, Surgery Center Administrator, Perioperative Leader, or Surgical Services Executive. What You'll Do Lead daily operations across clinical support, business, and administrative functions Partner with physicians, governing boards, medical staff, and executive leadership Manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets Oversee financial performance and drive operational excellence Support physician recruitment, credentialing, and physician relations Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, quality, and patient safety standards Lead workforce planning, employee development, and performance management Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and physician contracts Drive quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient experience initiatives Identify opportunities for service line growth and operational improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience strongly preferred Hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure will also be considered Experience managing physician relationships and clinical partnerships Strong budget, P&L, and financial management experience Experience presenting operational and financial performance to leadership or governing boards Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Why Join USPI Nationally recognized ASC platform Executive leadership opportunity Competitive salary: $130,000 - $160,000 Full benefits package Possible relocation assistance Physician-partnered environment Growth-focused organization with strong operational support Apply today for confidential consideration.
