Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Lead / Healthcare Domain Architect to provide architectural leadership and drive end-to-end solution design for healthcare applications. This role requires deep healthcare domain expertise, strong technical design capabilities, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the technical lead and architect for healthcare applications, providing design oversight and guidance Create and maintain detailed architecture, flow diagrams, and integration blueprints Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Design and govern integration layers and APIs ensuring scalability, security, and performance Lead technical discussions, reviews, and decision-making across teams Provide mentorship and technical direction to development and integration teams Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and design patterns Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations and operational workflows Support cloud-based solution design and deployment in Azure environments Required Qualifications Strong experience in technical leadership or architecture roles Deep understanding of healthcare domain, including Medical Management systems such as Utilization Management (UM) and Care Management (CM) Strong experience in low-level design, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation Proven experience designing and implementing APIs and integration layers Hands-on experience with Java and/or .NET-based development frameworks Strong understanding of RESTful services, security, error handling, and performance optimization Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large-scale healthcare payer or provider environments Experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and hybrid cloud architectures Experience working in regulated industries and compliance-driven environments
