Our Anaheim office is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-focused Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about creating positive experiences and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit. As a key member of our front office team, you'll help create a welcoming environment while supporting scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and daily office operations. Schedule (days/hours) mon-sat Responsibilities Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and a positive first impression Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow to support an exceptional office experience Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with questions regarding coverage and payment options Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service Support treatment acceptance by helping patients understand next steps and financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, and team members to deliver seamless patient care Qualifications At least one year related experience Knowledge of dental terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting Compensation $19-$21/hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
