We are seeking an energetic, organized, and clinically strong Program Supervisor (Mid-Level) to support case implementation and staff development under the direction and clinical oversight of a BCBA. Job Summary The Program Supervisor provides mid-level clinical support to ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. This role includes direct therapy, program implementation support, staff mentorship, data review, report support, and participation in clinical team meetings. The Program Supervisor works collaboratively with families and staff while ensuring services align with the BCBA's treatment plan and clinical direction. Key Responsibilities (Under BCBA Direction) Implement and support treatment plans and skill-acquisition programs based on ABA principles (communication, social/play, self-help, and behavior reduction). Provide direct 1:1 ABA intervention as needed and model clinical best practices for team members. Mentor and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) on ABA strategies and Novo policies; provide ongoing feedback to support treatment fidelity. Support the BCBA with clinical activities such as: Assisting with assessments and components of FBAs/FAs (as assigned and supervised) Maintaining CentralReach program books, data sheets, and session documentation Reviewing session notes for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance Participate in and help facilitate Clinical Team Meetings (CTMs) with families and staff (as assigned). Support parent training using BCBA-approved content and direction. Assist in preparing progress/discharge documentation and ensure timely submission per company expectations. Manage challenging behaviors in accordance with BCBA-approved behavior protocols and crisis/safety plans. Maintain consistent professional communication with families, technicians, supervisors, and internal teams. Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times. Attend scheduled staff meetings, trainings, and supervision as required. Support performance development plans and corrective action processes as directed by BCBA/leadership (e.g., coaching documentation, competency tracking). Qualifications & Requirements Must currently reside in Bakersfield or surrounding areas. Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with ASD and/or developmental delays (ABA preferred). Afternoon availability (1:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.) required; schedule flexibility required. Bachelor's degree plus 12 units of ABA coursework required; Master's degree preferred. Prior supervisory, lead, or mentorship experience in a clinical ABA setting preferred. Strong organization, professional communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be open to feedback, ongoing training, and clinical skill development. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. Must pass Live Scan and DOJ/FBI background checks . Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Essential Physical/Technical Functions Comfortable using technology (iPad/tablet, CentralReach, email, data entry). Ability to travel to client homes and community settings, including freeway driving. Ability to sit on the floor, move quickly (as needed), climb stairs, and participate in active play-based intervention.
