Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM A prominent PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization serving geriatric patients is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to lead rehabilitation services and support an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to helping seniors remain safely living in their homes and communities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced rehabilitation professional who is passionate about serving older adults and enjoys leading clinical operations in a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Department Lead and support rehabilitation staff while ensuring high-quality patient care Participate in the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and contribute to participant care planning Monitor department performance, productivity, and compliance with regulatory standards Develop and implement process improvements, policies, and rehabilitation programs Coordinate participant assessments, reassessments, and treatment plans Educate staff, participants, and caregivers on rehabilitation services and best practices Collaborate with leadership to achieve departmental goals and operational excellence Qualifications Active California COTA or PTA license required California PT, OT, or SLP license preferred Current CPR/First Aid certification Minimum 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of rehabilitation services, healthcare operations, and interdisciplinary care Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Compensation Licensed PT, OT, or SLP:
$130,000-$140,000 annually
Licensed COTA or PTA:
