  • Full-time A high-end Beverly Hills oculofacial plastic surgery practice is hiring a full-time Patient Care & Surgical Coordinator.
This is a front-office leadership and patient-conversion role for someone who is polished, organized, warm, and comfortable guiding patients through a premium plastic surgery experience. This is not a basic receptionist position. The right person will help manage the full patient journey from first phone call to consultation, quote, deposit, surgery scheduling, and follow-up.
Responsibilities include:
Answering calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Speaking with prospective surgery patients Explaining consultation fees, scheduling consults, and collecting photos Sending quotes and following up with patients after consultations Helping patients choose surgery dates and submit deposits Coordinating pre-op instructions, consents, medical clearance, medications, and post-op visits Maintaining an organized schedule and patient pipeline Providing a warm, luxury-level patient experience Supporting before-and-after photo workflow, reviews, and media consent process Working closely with the surgeon and clinical support staff Ideal candidate: Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, LASIK/Premium IOL practice, medspa, cosmetic dentistry, concierge medicine, or another high-touch patient-facing environment Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills Comfortable discussing pricing, quotes, deposits, and scheduling Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to follow up consistently without being pushy Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable working in a small, growing practice Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership Strongly preferred: Plastic surgery, LASIK/Premium IOL practice, high-end Dermatology, and/or relevant experience Experience with high-ticket elective procedures or services Experience using EMR, CRM, scheduling, phone, or payment systems Bilingual is a plus but not required
Schedule:
Full-time, in-office position in Beverly Hills Monday-Friday schedule
Compensation:
$30
