Full Job Description Requirement:
Experience in sales, prefer medical sales, and prefer plastic or cosmetic surgery experience, and must be interested in health, beauty and fitness. Fluent in both English and Spanish language preferred.
Office location:
Beverly Hills Serves as the liaison between Beverly Hills Physicians and prospective, current, and former patients. The position provides information about the plastic surgery procedure, the surgeon who will perform the surgery on the patient, company and procedures. She is responsible for meeting all patients, informing patients about BHP surgical and non-surgical services; maintaining a diligent patient follow-up schedule. The sales consultant is the primary contact for the patient for all pre and post-operative care and is responsible for quoting the patient the fee for plastic surgery Reach out to prospective clients (leads) through phone calls, texts, and emails using the company CRM software Observe proper follow-up protocol on leads Conduct introduction calls before patient consultations Arrange virtual consultations for out-of-town patients Escorts patient to office for post exam discussion Meets with doctor to review patient needs/procedures to be performed Continues bonding with patient in office Reviews procedure(s), answers questions, lays to rest any patient concerns, fears, anxieties, etc. Sell all other aspects of
BHP :
Doctors' expertise, practice reputation, medical staff experience, post-operative care, customer service, facility accreditation, etc. Probes to find out if patient has seen other doctors; verifies competitive prices Offers financing/payment options If financing applicable, reviews finance application with patient. Provides all information. Follows up with patient once approved within 24 hour Reviews fee/payment schedule as well as refund/cancellation policy Prepares surgery proposal form, gets signature of patient and any other relevant approval signatures Sets up pre-op consult appointment; goes over instructions; gets patient to sign consent for publication and taking of photographs Gets final payment at pre-op Coordinates medication and prescription for doctor signature, schedules lab tests, EKG's, x-rays etc. Prepares patient folder containing surgery proposal form, procedural pamphlets, special coupons/offers; presents to patient Provides doctor with post-op patient list containing patient telephone numbers and procedure for day after follow-up call Follows up with all patients who do not book surgery on an on-going basis Must be able to work on Saturdays. We will conduct a background check and/or require reference from previous employer.
