Salary Range:
$95,000 to $110,000 annually. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job-related factors.

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Clinic Lead to serve as the entry-level management role for staff clinicians within our clinics. The Clinic Lead plays a pivotal part in supporting the Clinic Director (CD) or Multisite Clinic Director (MSCD) by supervising clinic tasks and ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. This individual is responsible for managing a variety of administrative duties and projects as assigned to them by their Clinic Director, all while maintaining a full clinical schedule. The Clinic Lead is expected to reinforce the values and standards of our organization, support clinic goals, build strong relationships with referral sources, and contribute to the clinic's marketing and strategic initiatives. Success in this role requires the blending of emerging leadership skills, operational acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient and staff experiences. Through this role the Clinic Lead will be learning the leadership skills necessary to become a successful Clinic Director. Duties & Responsibilities Manage clinical processes and daily operations while using best practices Monitor attendance, productivity, and workflow adherence Lead assigned projects and address gaps to goals Build and grow relationships with referral sources Provide input on clinic-based marketing strategy Analyze clinic-related financial reports Build rapport with team members and reinforce PRN values Provide in-the-game feedback for support staff such as Front Office and Techs Address immediate performance issues, conflict resolution, and/or policy infractions of support staff Address irregularities in documentation, scheduling, and/or support staff utilization Develop feedback loops to resolve day-to-day patient and staff issues Skills & Qualifications Promoted from internal-only as a development opportunity or stretch, probationary assignment Must meet exceptional professional standards (no PIPs, outstanding leader, etc.) Must be performing on clinical performance metrics (e.g.
VPD, DBU
) Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA) Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant program CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred) Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package designed to support both personal and professional well being.
