LVN Health Services Director for Senior Living

Charming coastal Senior Living property in Northern California seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN, LVN) with clinical leadership experience in either Assisted Living or Memory Care for their Health Services Director job ( HSD, Resident Services Director, Director of Nursing ). The parent company has a great reputation in the industry. Many team members at this community have stayed for years, with tenure there often between 5 and 25 years. The role involves overseeing healthcare services provided within the community, verifying that regulatory requirements are met and that staff have been provided appropriate training and support to do their work effectively. As a part of this community, youll build relationships with senior residents and their loved ones, as well as with your team. You will know at the end of each day that the work you do has made a positive difference.
