$28•32/hour (DOE) Overview Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking ananized Office Administrator to support a growing healthcareanization in Carlsbad, CA. This role focuses on insurance coordination, client intake, and administrative support in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate client services with insurance providers and clinical staff Verify eligibility, benefits, and manage authorizations Support client intake and discharge processes Maintain client records, call lists, and authorization tracking Ensurepliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards Handle administrativemunications and general office operations Assist with team coverage, meetings, and occasional outreach events Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (Business or Healthcare Administration) Experience in a medical/healthcare office required Knowledge of insurance verification and authorizations Stronganizational andmunication skills Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check today to join a collaborative team making a difference in patient care.Pay Details:
