This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated, polished, and sales-oriented professional who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, luxury service, and helping patients achieve their goals. Our Patient Care Coordinators play a critical role in guiding patients through their aesthetic journey: from their initial inquiry to consultation, treatment planning, surgery scheduling, and long-term follow-up. About the Opportunity As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will work directly with cosmetic surgery patients and med spa clients, helping them navigate treatment options, understand recommendations, coordinate appointments, and move confidently through the decision-making process. This position offers significant earning potential through a competitive base salary plus commission structure tied to surgical case conversions.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between patients and providers Respond promptly to phone, email, website, and social media inquiries Conduct consultation follow-up and patient nurturing Present treatment plans, pricing, financing options, and promotions Coordinate cosmetic surgery scheduling and pre-operative planning Build and maintain strong patient relationships throughout the patient journey Track leads and consultation outcomes within CRM systems Maintain detailed patient notes and communication records Assist with front office operations and patient experience initiatives Collaborate closely with surgeons, providers, and management to maximize conversion rates Support marketing and patient retention efforts
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, medical spa, luxury hospitality, or healthcare sales Strong sales and closing abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable discussing treatment plans, pricing, and financing options Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Preferred Cosmetic surgery or plastic surgery experience Medical spa experience Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and treatments Experience with financing programs and treatment plan presentations Existing relationships within the Orange County Chinese community Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $47,500-$95,000+ DOE Additional 2-3% commission opportunity Significant earning potential for high performers Paid training and career development Employee discounts on aesthetic services and skincare products Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization Supportive team culture focused on excellence and patient experience Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who combines the warmth of a hospitality professional with the confidence of a sales consultant.
