Job Overview We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Client Intake & Compliance Coordinator to support our Occupational Testing and DNA Services operation. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employers, attorneys, families, probation clients, DOT-regulated employees, and individuals seeking testing services. You will be responsible for client intake, scheduling, identity verification, payment processing, documentation review, and customer communication while supporting a compliance-focused environment where accuracy and confidentiality are essential. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable following established procedures in a regulated setting. This position offers the opportunity to develop specialized skills in occupational testing, DNA services, chain-of-custody procedures, and collection-site operations. Duties Manage the end-to-end client intake process, including client check-in, identity verification, documentation review, payment processing, scheduling, and appointment coordination for occupational testing and DNA services. Serve as the primary point of contact for employers, attorneys, families, probation clients, DOT-regulated employees, and individuals seeking testing services. Maintain accurate client records, intake documentation, and appointment information while ensuring confidentiality and documentation accuracy. Coordinate with management to ensure adherence to company procedures, chain-of-custody requirements, and documentation standards. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and assist customers in selecting appropriate testing services. Support customer follow-up activities including appointment confirmations, review requests, and general client communications. Maintain an organized reception area and assist in ensuring efficient daily office operations. Assist with administrative projects and operational support tasks as assigned. After successful training and demonstrated proficiency, opportunities may be available to assist with DNA collection procedures, chain-of-custody documentation, and occupational testing operations. Qualifications Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Medical Assistant (MA) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT I) Phlebotomy Specimen collection Occupational health Drug and alcohol testing DNA testing services Medical reception Patient intake Healthcare administration Laboratory services Chain-of-custody documentation DOT collections Live Scan or identity verification services Legal office administration Compliance-focused administrative environments Equivalent experience in customer service, administrative support, legal services, or regulated industries will also be considered.
