How you will make a difference (job overview): The Administrator manages the overall day-to-day operation of designated Community Services programs and their respective facilities, assuring compliance with Federal, State, County and local laws and regulations. He/she oversees facilities, and Directors who directly manage these programs or provides direct management in their absence. He/she assures that there are comprehensive quality treatment programs and services for all clients and reviews and approves all policies and procedures of the program. The Administrator represents Star View and their programs to governmental agencies, the Board of Directors, and the community. The Administrator assures the program is operated with fidelity to the evidence based practices including Wraparound, PCIT, TFCBT, MAT and others. A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG (qualifications): Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or equivalent related field required, or Master's degree in a Mental Health Field; Licensed as MFCC, LCSW or Ph.D. Psychologist preferred. Three (3) years' experience in a Senior Manager position (e.g. Program Director, Center Director, Executive Director, etc.) required. Senior Leadership experience preferred. Experience with mentally ill children, adolescents and/or adult required. License or Certification Licensed as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psy.D. preferred. Valid California Driver's License required.
