This is a full-time position which combines provision of direct clinical services and administering the clinic's Intensive Outpatient Program, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Transition Care. Responsibilities Supervise all levels of clinical staff and oversee IOP/PHP services for clients and their families. Monitor program licensing (as applicable) and regulatory compliance. Coordinate treatment assessments, plans, reviews, and charting accuracy. Supervise and development of clinical staff. Create and maintain effective programming and staff scheduling. Monitoring of staff productivity and efficient delivery of services; coordinating all aspects of direct care delivery. Maintenance, and client safety while working with clinic leadership and finance staff on fiscal performance. Maintain an appropriate caseload of individual and family therapy cases Facilitate group therapies as needed. Requirements Fully licensed as a clinical psychologist in the State of California Value working in a collaborative, supportive, multidisciplinary team setting of psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, and therapists with a broad range of clinical specializations Interested in varied clinical work, including general outpatient and program-based care, short and long-term individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, along with clinical supervision Tech-savvy and comfortable working with new technologies
